I see how an English university has limited the region where its files are stored - it uploads data to Western Europe and does not upload to Russia.
Please tell me how I can limit the region where my data is stored, for example the USA, Russia or Western Europe.

What do you mean? For your storagenode? It’s not how it works.
If for your Storj DCS account, it’s possible only for paid account, you need to submit a geofence request:
