will the filewalker update the datebase then after some time with the real amounts off data ?

if it would not fail - it should.

the web interfaces think it only habe use 130GB out off 13TB but it more like 8TB will it over write the data

this is mean that the filewalker likely didn’t finish the calculation. You should enable the used-space-filewalker on start, disable the lazy mode and restart the node.

And then wait for 2 weeks

Each filewalker should successfully finish its job for each trusted satellite, then it will move the deleted data to the trash and update the usage in the databases and on the dashboard.

The upload will stop, if your node has less than 500MB left

Storage nodes are executing the used space calculation only once on startup. From there the storage node is keeping and updating used space and free space in memory. The storage node should notify the satellite below 500MB free space.
