The “Average Disk Space Used this Month” number comes from Satellite data: and it can be old/stale/broken. In the screenshots it doesn’t look like the local “Allocated Disk Space” → “Used” number has really changed.
Probably just stale data: that will get fixed if you wait.
It’s probably the same issue like every month:
Unfortunately it hasn’t fixed itself for me. I had the same issue last month as well, but back then it eventually corrected itself retroactively.
Yes, because it’s independent of the node, it’s a satellite-side reporting and the only what can be fixed on the node’s side is to ignore not full or missing data. A flatline is better than a hole ![]()
I’d argue hole is better. But not the dip — a void. Lack of data shall be shown by absence of data points.
Hole is lack of data. Dip is lack of data being interpreted as zero data. This is wrong.
Flatline is a dip backfilled with stale data. Also wrong. Same reason — no data is better than fake data.
Both better than now ![]()
https://stats.storjshare.io was not updated for 4 days as well. Is the team aware of this problem?
Would ask the team again.
Json files should have new data by now. Let me know if you see any errors.
Sorry for the temporary problem.
