Storagenode getting stopped in services

Got an message on home page i.e “Your node has been disqualified on 12tRQrMTWUWwzwGh18i7Fqs67kmdhH9t6aToeiwbo5mfS2rUmo 121RTSDpyNZVcEU84Ticf2L1ntiuUimbWgfATz21tuvgk3vzoA6 12L9ZFwhzVpuEKMUNUqkaTLGzwY9G24tbiigLiXpmZWKwmcNDDs 12rfG3sh9NCWiX3ivPjq2HtdLmbqCrvHVEzJubnzFzosMuawymB. Actually the node is getting stopped working in services after sometimes. I’m unable to get the issue resolved.
Can you please help me out with the same.
Portal check gives error:
Problem! I could not see your service on on port (28967).

Reason: Connection timed out.

Welcome to the forum!

The disqualification is permanent and not reversible. To start again, you need to remove the current identity, generate a new one, sign it with a new authorization token and start with clean storage.

To do not finish with the new node like with the old one, please, try to figure out, why is it happened.
