Looks like STORJ is about 6 times cheaper than S3. How about an integration with ClickHouse, which is already compatible with S3? Configuring S3 for ClickHouse is as simple as adding S3 as a disk with endpoint, access_key_id and secret_access_key. 
Maybe I will propose STORJ on the next ClickHouse conference.
