Honestly… this is a mess. This should be a multi line command, but you removed all the \ at the end of the lines so now it’s running it as all separate commands that will all fail except the first one which will run a container with way too few parameters. You have a -e for port mapping that should be a -p. I see lots of curly quotes, which may mean you copied it to a word processor that pretties it up and breaks the code. (Could also be the forum doing this though)
At this point I suggest you start over with the command as listed on the documentation pages and only fill in what you need to change. Don’t change anything else in the command. Remember to first stop and remove your previous container.
I did have the \ but when i pasted it here it disappeared.
Apologies, didn’t realize that. In the future you can make code blocks by adding a line with just three back ticks ``` before and after your code. The forum won’t mess up your code when you do that. Do fix that -e to -p though. Other than that, back to making sure the user that runs docker has full access rights to the storage.

I ran the command from the terminal directly and got this error:

Please, make sure that you didn’t use any wordprocessors to form the command - they can replace quotes and dashes to the special symbols, which are not valid for the terminal. Use the plain text editor instead, copy the command from the documentation and replace all <whatever> to your actual paths.
At the moment it looks like you missed some parameters or dashes or have an excess space symbols between dashes, etc.
