I looked at the storj dashboard and it showed a balance. I clicked view on etherscan and I didn’t see any transfers. I used the 0x ERC-20 address,How can I fix it?

Welcome to the forum!
The payout period is a first 2 weeks of every month. You will receive a payout, if your node is eligible to receive it (the undistributed amount should be in 4 times more that a fee to transfer it), otherwise it will be postponed until it would be eligible.
