Hey all, btw Im still working on setting this up, with my colleagues - - because we are already a distributed team , there are a lot of moving parts when it comes to coordinating calendars, plus JT is super busy at the moment. Im also working on some other AMA topics, and mainly wondering what format is useful to people. Is synchronous or asynchronous preferable?

My opinion: For a distributed team across the world asynchronous is preferable.
