They depend on https://stats.storjshare.io which was not updated for some days.

Relax, it’s only 3 days of missing stats. Nothing unusual with storj. 
it was weekends, no one jump fixing stats on weekend, it not life essential system.

It’s stable available only from Russia. Seems TSPU is blocking external connections both ways.
Took me a minute to figure out what does TSPU stand for. For those wondering, it is a transliteration of a Russian abbreviation for Технические Средства Противодействия Угрозам — Technical Means for Countering Threats: a pathetic, clearly incompetent attempt of a state to control information once persuasion runs out and only coercion is left. Laughing stock of a government.

However, many countries have been practicing this quite frequently in recent years. The stated reasons are the same: public safety. Some even vote in favor of these restrictions.
That others are doing similar things does not make it any less rotten. “Public safety” is the standard pretext every time information control gets expanded. Quite depressing actually. Those who vote for that crap are the earliest victims.

I think those who vote for such restrictions are simply too lazy to educate themselves and their children about online security, so they want to shift their responsibilities to the state, laws, and now AI. But restrictions rarely lead to anything good - forbidden fruit, as we know, is sweet.
