Maybe just behavior changing from the new pricing that became active a few days ago? Graphs have been doing funny things for a week…
If it was customer behavior because of new pricing traffic wouldn’t restore to normal after some hours.
We are migrating to a new DB during maintenance windows. US1 is not migrated yet as far as I know.
However, the traffic fluctuations outside of maintenance windows are not related to that migration.
