My node keeps restarting. The only unrecoverable error in log is “structure needs cleaning” which I believe is the cause of the node restarting. However, fsck did not find and issues with my disk. I manually checked the files which “structure needs cleaning” occurred when they were being accessed by the node, but they did not seem to exist. The node still logged “structure needs cleaning” instead of “No such file or directory”.

I may guess but if you use XFS, in that case you need to use a different tool - xfs_repair
