Where can I find/view the support tickets I submited? And the conversations with the support team afterwards? Is it possible? Or is it done only through emails?
On many sites there is a dedicated section where you find all your support tickets and review the conversations, maybe add some questions to them.
I just got an email with a response from the team that my ticket was received, but I can’t remember when and what I requested…
It’s likely was me, I incidentally pressed the button to create a ticket from one of the forum post, it didn’t request a confirmation.

I didn’t even had an account on the support page. 
I created one and I found the Requests section.
