The percentages show uptime percentage over the past 30 days. You will need to wait until the downtime ages out of that 30 day time period. Just be patient and keep your node online. When the first downtime is more than 30 days ago, you’ll see the numbers move up again.

same situation and glad to read I just need to be patient. I had lost connection to the HDD but was not aware (for whatever reason my VNC does not connect anymore from the outside, need to be connected from same subnet only while ufw is disabled and port forwarding is OK + yougetsignal tells me 5901 is open…)
I would recommend to use How to remote access the web dashboard - Node Operator instead of VNC → dashboard
