ps. the port is forwarded, and it able to listen (checked with listen.exe small tool)

Do you have some blockers/filters between your node and the target satellite?
Because it looks like something is blocking outgoing connections.

i dont know,
i know router firewall here blocks alot if i dont allow it,
i just forwarded the port for storj, and its reachable,
but if theres any other port i should forward can You tell the ports for satelites?

you need to forward only TCP/UDP port of your node. But you also need to grant an access to any outgoing traffic (not incoming!).

yes sir, i did outgoing on windows fiewall too. the problem is router firewall. i added computer to DMZ and its working, so it blcoked something, if i only knew what, so i can allow it on firewall rules? becaus enow theres DMZ and i dont like it

i have specific problems with firewall on ISP router, i have to allow every port to be used or otherwise add computer to DMZ (which means router firewall off for this computer, still got windows firewalls but idk) so i need to know every port needed to be used. right now, storj works if on DMZ, which is not good.

You need to disable all outgoing rules in your firewall and create incoming rules for TCP+UDP ports of your node (28967), this should be enough. If it requires to have an outgoing rules, then create another one, which allows outgoing connections from any port of the IP of your PC (or maybe simple from any IP) to any port and destination.
You also need to check is there smart filters, if so - you need to disable them.

Or buy your own router, put it after the ISP’s router, and put the ISP’s router in bridge mode.
This mode makes it transparent for any traffic. Then you only have to deal with your own router, with no built-in backdoors. To put their router in bridge mode, you should ask them to do that with a phone call to support. First, access the router and copy the connection settings, user, pass, connection type etc.
After they say it is in bridge, restart their router, connect port 1 from ISP router to WAN port of your router, and apply settings for the connection. You should ask them to disable the wifi also. You use it on your router. No worry about phone or TV cable; they will continue working from their router.
