This site cannot be reached localhost refused the connection

Hi, Today when I got home the node was down, it never gave me problems until now, when I open the control panel I get the following error:
This site cannot be reached localhost refused the connection.
Try:

Check the connection.
Check the proxy and firewall.
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

and after that I have tried starnode and I get this error … What could it be ?! :

Mine did the same this morning. You need to update. They have upped the min version to 1.12
