IIRC Storj’s website is using CMS and there are features that can send a notification when a specific page is changed/modified.

I’m not sure about that. But there are browser extensions which may check pages for updates. I have used them before. You may also submit a feature request there: DCS feature requests - voting or on our GitHub. I shared the feedback with the team.
