Trying to keep windows service running for more than a few hours

I have a 10tb node started last August and i have nothing but problems between trying to keep the service running i have the windows service auto restart if it fails and reboot the computer automaticly when it wont start the service. I cant get my online stats higher than 88% online. Can i transfer the node and data to a fresh setup on a fresh windows install is it as easy as using the same identity and the hard drive that has the data storage? And is anyone else having an issue with the hard drive being full but the node said its only using 3tb of storage?

The discrepancy in storage usage might be due to allocated but not yet used space.

No. It’s related only to not updated databases. They are updated when all filewalkers are finished for each satellite:
