Have you tried not using incognito mode ?
Both are chromium. Try actually different browser.
Do you have any sort of blocking (tracking/ads/cookies) etc enabled? I would turn it off and retry.
Yes, I have. Ran into the same hence, tried incognito.

As an aside, it is quite surprising that Storj has decided to make a call to an analytics endpoint a hard requirement to sign up.
Secondly, even if that call fails, you’re supposed to fail gracefully and let the user continue to sign up.
It’s quite strange that a call to an analytics endpoint failing hard crashes the sign up process.
Not a good UX to insist on.

Welcome to the forum!
You shouldn’t block hCaptcha provider and allow our domains and cookies (or at least do not block them), the incognito mode likely will not allow you to sign-up.
If you have a PiHole, you need to disable it too, because it’s often blocks access to our required services (they have our domains storj.io
, storjshare.io
, etc. and hcaptcha), free VPN services are often blocked by a captcha providers, so if you use one of such VPN services, you need to disable them too, or you may use a mobile browser and/or the mobile internet.
