This is a technical difficulty. We didn’t have time to update SNOs, and it’s hard to support our special Chapter 11 situation.
Our database calculated what was the usage (owed) and what can we pay for the part of July which was before CH11 (0 USD can be paid today, due to the dependency on court) for
We did pre-payment for the active nodes based on estimation. Which means we paid more what we should do based on the ledger. That’s why it’s negative.
Assuming the screenshot is about July, I think 5.43 is the pre-payment, 4.75 is the usage for the short July (pre-CH11).
Hopefully the August paystub will be less confusing. (which will include the last 5 days from July, the after CH11 period)
So the negative isn’t taken off the payment this month ? Whenever possible ? ,

Opposite. Positive “undistributed” means we didn’t pay what we should. Negative “undistributed” means we paid more than what we should (because we do pre-payment)
I will check how can it be displayed better on web interface.
For August:
- The boundary of 2026-07 and 2026-08 usage/payment report is moved to July 27th. (due to legal restrictions) from 1st of August.
- For August (+5 days) the full usage will be calculated, and difference compared to the pre-payment will be paid
- For September we will estimate pre-payment with the new price and also added to the payment
If anyone understood what @elek meant, please explain it to me. I’m completely lost in all these prepayments, the July 27-31 payouts, and the calculation bug for August.
August 2026 will be recalculated starting from July 27, 2026, rather than August 1, 2026. The first five days of prepayment that were missed (a bug) will also be taken into account.
Then estimate the prepayment for September 2026 at the new prices and add the difference between the prepayment made in August 2026 and the adjusted actual payment.
So you keep owing the July payment with old prices?
You should display that in the dashboard.

Usually first two weeks of every month. I hope we will not delay and this time.
Yes, the July and correction for August will use the old pricing.
This requires a code change I believe. So it might not be displayed correctly until the next release.
The same is true for notifications on the dashboard - they are usually node-side, the satellite cannot signal through it.
