You can check it with docker version.
I’d suggest you to update your Docker to the version 19.03.
its all upto date … its fresh installation …

can we scale to admin team ? i can provide dedicated server information to look in to it …
You really shouldn’t use RAID0.
Problem got solved … its OS not support with dockker … i use Debian now … and work fine !
