More like a firewall and/or changed the local IP due to a reboot.
Please check your firewall rules, the local IP and that’s match the IP in the port forwarding rule, your WAN IP is matching the IP on Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router and the -e ADDRESS
parameter in your docker run
command.

It also could be helpful to upgrade docker, it’s now likely installed from the snap (you need to remove it if so, and install the native version instead).
