My current node is running using 4 2 TB drives in RAID 5 PERC 6i, I recently got my hands on 5 4 TB drives, is there any way to move to my new drives without loosing reputation?

I have a second server that I can use to copy data, but I believe it would not be able to catch new files added during the copy.

Just rsync several times with the --delete option while the node is running. Then do the final rsync with the node shut down

What options do you recommend I run with rsync?
