Since the upgrade of the satellites a while ago the uptime calculation shows 0 instead of the 99.999xx% as it used to be.
Why this? Update on uptime calculation and resulting disqualification?
While we are talking about this, has the severe requirement of 5 hours per month been dropped too? Not possible for DSL connections in residences

Nope. The system for checking uptime was and still is broken. Because of priorities we are currently not working on it and not planning to announce anything about it.
