Currently there are no visual cues when user has left the forum (ex-employees) or banned or suspended.
Something on the lines of a title next to the username would be ideal. Just like a flair/tag as seen in Reddit.
Could this be implemented ?
I believe it will be a manual process… I wouldn’t like to do so for honestly. The forum itself doesn’t have an access to our internal systems at Storj, so it wouldn’t be possible to automatize.
Or do you mean just a time? Then you likely can see that, if you would click the name in the post.

I agree with Alexey.
It would have to be manual.
Also there may be HR, privacy and compliance issues flagging publicly who is an ex employee.
All employees have the company logo next to their avatar so if that changes in someone’s account, that is an indicator.
If a user that used to be visible is no longer visible in the front end directory that is also a good clue. But I’m concerned about privacy issues and compliances trying to go further with this.
Also if someone has earned many public warnings about their behavior and then goes dark, that is also an indicator
