When will "Uncollected Garbage" be deleted?

Raise your hands if you can’t get expired ttl data deleted regularly and correctly

I have tested the corresponding fix for that. It isn’t ready for merge yet but it does look promising.

@littleskunk does this mean the fix won’t be in release v1.111, but possibly in v1.112?
