Here is what I read from the Node Operator Terms and Conditions:

• 8.5.1. Calculation of the Held Amount

• 8.5.1.1 Months 1-3: Held Amount = 75% of the Storage Node Fees accrued during such period

• 8.5.1.2 Months 4-6: Held Amount = 50% of the Storage Node Fees accrued during such period

• 8.5.1.3 Months 7-9: Held Amount = 25% of the Storage Node Fees accrued during such period

• 8.5.1.4 Months 10+: 100% of the Storage Node Fees accrued during that period is paid to the Node Operator

Can you see that the terms and conditions state something different.

that is correct. - further earnt $ does not get HELD taken off the $ earned from month 10+

at month 16 , 50% of your TOTAL HELD … is returned in the monthly payment.

As I read this, at month 10 there are no Held Amounts.

Well - perhaps read again. I’ll make fragment bold: 8.5.1.4 Months 10+: 100% of the Storage Node Fees accrued during that period is paid to the Node Operator.
So in month 10+ your held amount will not increase (but it’ll not decrese either).

And perhaps read even few lines below:

• 8.5.2.1. Duration Release. If Node Operator continues actively to store Storage Materials on the applicable Storage Node without breach or interruption for fifteen (15) consecutive months (the “15-Month Period”), Company will pay you fifty percent (50%) of the Held Amount (“Duration Release”).

So in month 16 you get 50% of held amount (accumulated in month 1..9) back.

Alright, thanks. I will wait until 24th August to see what the verdict was. I will keep nodes running until then. If no payment is planned, I will be turning nodes off completely after that date.
