Once we tried to install using Windows GUI, and for some reason the installation had to stop, we have to create other identity? Because after that the others installation try finish well just in the beggining…

Depends on the state of the identity - if it still has its data, and not disqualified, you may use it again. If it’s disqualified or lost its data - then you need to delete the identity, generate a new one and sign with a new authorization token.
To reinstall on the same PC (which is not needed and do not solve any issue) you need to uninstall the currently installed storagenode, delete the installation folder (C:\Program Files\Storj by default) and install the node back using the correct paths to the identity and its data.
