Windows identity binary not available

Hi,

it looks like the Windows Identity binary is not available anymore. I get an error when I click on the download button at Identity - STORJ SNO Book.

Unfortunately I also cannot upload a screenhot here. It always show me “Aws::S3::Errors::Http503Error”.

Yes, I also get a “Not Found” error

Seems we forgot to make it latest when uploaded the latest release
