Your node has been disqualified, because Hdd crash

Hello node Operators,

my node crashed a few days ago and i needed some time to get it back running. But sadly i’m disqualified already, my node was running the last years but a hdd died…
My Node ID:1pF67t1khVV5VDMYW6Ukw8czNKYbnL5HsjTzhTczw6JvU5rqDU

Is there something you can do for me or do i need to start a new node?

If your node is already disqualified, you will need to create a new one, especially if the disk data is lost irretrievably.

No i rebuild the data… they are restored but that needed the time.

Node would not be disqualified as a result of “few days” of downtime.

There is more to the story.

don’t know but i get trafic again…

You need to figure out why was your node disqualified. Scroll up and post the screenshot of “Suspension & Audit” section.

Your node is not yet disqualified on the the other two satellites. But if you do nothing – it likely will be.

Ok, so your online status will recover in 30 days. Audit wise you can ignore saltlake, there is no traffic now, but you definitely lost data on ap1 and eu1, and are now disqualified permanently on those satellites.

us1 is still ok, but since you did lose data, you likely lost data across the board, not just on specific satellites. So as audits resume, I’d expect you’ll get disqualified on us1 as well.

I would stop node immediately, and investigate why did you lose data. I don’t know what you mean by “hdd crash” and how did you mange to “get it back running”. If this is e.g. due to permissions issue, or wrong mount point, etc – you should be able to fix it before it is disqualified on US1.

If you actually lost data compared to last time the node was online – then you would need to scrap the node and start a new one: Your node proved to be unreliable and can no longer be part of the network.

yeah the node is repaired, ok so i lost datas for the 2 satellites.
so for US1 make it sense for a graceful exit?
Thanks for the respons.

That’s not what I asked. Did an actual data loss occurred, or was some of the data inaccessible for a while, but now all data is back online?

for at least two.

Do you have any reasons to believe that you did not lose any data on US1? Audit score there is not 100% either

Depends on the answer to the question above. Personally, I would not bother, just nuke everything and start over.

Hello @moe_smith,
Welcome to the forum!

The Graceful Exit is possible to invoke only if the audit score is 100% and online score not less than 80% and the node is older than 6 months.
However, the mandatory requirement only the age, all other scores may lead to a disqualification.

Hello @ Alexey,

ok my audit score is climbing for US1. I let the node run and when i have reached 100 % again i make a graceful exit. The node is ~ 2 years old orso.
