I received an email tonight; ‘Your node is suspended on us-central-1’ Windows GUI does not show anything taken offline, and my audit score has been 100%, on all satellites, for a long time.

What to do next?

That’s to be expected: node suspension happens when unknown errors occur, it’s a different metric. It should be fixed though, as a suspended node cannot stay in that state for too long or it’ll ger disqualified eventually.
