I understand all of that. Yes there are multiple issues all interconnected. The topic I originally posted got merged into this thread so some things we discuss become off topic.

  1. The original issue of average disk usage reports from satellites being incorrect is being worked on and unsolved by now - acknowledged.
  2. “The second discrepancy (between the OS and the piechart) can be fixed by you - enable scan on startup and restart the node.” – I did this all and it doesn’t fix it. The node reports 596GB (yes in SI) but the OS reports 614GB (again in SI via df -H: D:\ 641G 614G 27G 96% /mnt/d, the same as in the Windows screenshot above).
  3. Missing bloom filter from us1 I reported above.
