Cant get a new Node running

Hi all!
unfortunately I cannot get a new Node online.
It always stay offline by not able to ping the stefan-benten Satellite (which will be offline?).
Version: 1.12.3

Any Advices?

I copy the identity-files before i signed it …
With the rigfht identity-files its working like a charme
