Most likely, almost for sure.
Yeah, the timing is the critical part. The other 2 tokens also got pumped, with CRV starting to take off exactly at the time of the public announcement, while ANKR had started earlier too.
Edit: well CRV has a slower rise even ~ 1 hour before that
