Hello Storj community,
I’ve noticed a concerning discrepancy between my node’s actual storage usage and what’s being displayed on the Storj dashboard. Let me share the details:
Dashboard Statistics:
- Bandwidth Used This Month: 0.68TB
- Average Disk Space Used: 128.22GB
- Total Disk Space: 5TB
- Currently Used: 469.3GB
- Free Space: 4.51TB
- Trash: 25.56GB
However, when checking my actual storage usage, I’m seeing significantly higher numbers:
- Storage Used: 662.26 GiB
- Total Available: 138.08 TiB
This represents a notable difference between the dashboard metrics and actual storage utilization. The pattern began around January 11th, as shown by the bandwidth utilization graph which displays a sharp increase in ingress traffic.
Questions:
- Is anyone else experiencing similar discrepancies between dashboard readings and actual storage usage?
- Could this be related to the recent increase in ingress traffic?
- What troubleshooting steps would you recommend to identify the root cause?
I would appreciate any insights or guidance on resolving this issue. I’m running this node on TrueNAS Scale
