my storagnodes are linked to the storagenode exporter + graphana.
In the last weeks i see strange activities, mostly in the german morning hours.
As you can see in my screenshot the egress transfer rates peaks up to 150 Megabit per second.
Grafana has it’s own calculation in the dashboard table. Have you confirmed it’s the correct calc?
Additionally, maybe other services on the machine are utilizing the upload. Or, it’s capturing garbage collection or other local disk scanning / cleanup.
i dont know how to confirm the high throughput. the data is collected from the node. maybe its a bug in the collector… i try to have a look into it.
You may run something like
to check basic hardware activities.
