I’m running Debian with UFW firewall, is there some specific ports that I should open for storagenode in additional to 28967-289XX to make node work?

You need to open both TCP and UDP ports for storagenode’s listening port number. By default 28967.
To have an access to your dashboard from other devices you may follow this guide: How to remote access the web dashboard - Storj Node Operator Docs
