And may be you have new External IP

As @Vadim said, check to see if you have a new IP if you are not using DDNS (everyone without a static IP should!), check to see if your SNO host has a new IP or the same, and then check the firewall rule on the router that you have created for SNO. Any of these could be your issue.
If all of these checkout, reboot the host.
