My storj node payout stats

i m a bit confused on the windows gui

its uptime is 40 hours
bandwith used this month is 133.91GB

when i go to payout info it indicates download 1.06GB
how is that possible to have such a huge gap between the 2 stats?

The bandwidth usage is consist of ingress (uploads to your node) and egress (downloads from your node).
In the Payout information you have only downloads, confirmed by your node, the customer and the satellite. So if you see a discrepancy between downloads on the bandwidth graph and in the Payout information, then your node may have problems with submitting orders, see Failed to settle orders {"error": "order: unable to connect to the satellite.
You may also check the orders folder near the config.yaml file (in case of Windows GUI it’s in the "C:\Program Files\Storj\Storage Node\" folder), do you have orders older than 48h? If so, you need to figure out in your logs why your node cannot settle them.

good day

the node is still very new i went to my orders folder there is an archive folder and a unsent folder, there is a few files in the unsent folder but the archive folder has much more data than the unsent one…

I’ve had some internet issues that caused 3 of the satellites to show 50% online could this have an effect?

also the data bein stored on the drive is 62GB so if only 1 GB is Accepted why is 15GB used

You need to select Egress on the bandwidth graph.

If you have concerns about ingress, then see

thanks that clears up some questions

so if i understand correctly the bandwidth egress is what you actually getting paid for…
additional to the hardrive space shared…

also in the payout section in the disk column the are only 2 lines {–} is doesn’t give any data the disk size. am I to soon to expect data there or is something wrong.

and one more question does egress get more per day as the drive fills up or is it constant at this rate

Could you please post a screenshot, i didn’t get what are you referring for.

Nobody knows, the usage depends on the customers’ activity.
