Close but I need info if this is a windows gui node docker linux? And do you have a log, was this node working fine before this etc.

Check your IP. You had previously mentioned having static IP but if it has changed now then you should opt for No-IP.
You can have a utility like NetTime from 
to have system clock in sync.

I’m now running Net Time and reports “Good”
Running No-IP only showing Port 80 open but not 28967
Once again, “yougetsignal” shows my static IP closed on 80 and 28967

Just a shot that seems to indicate that No-IP has assigned a static IP of 24.101.77.85, is this correct?
Should I reboot,restart, reinstall? Once again at a loss.

No-IP doesn’t assign IP it helps you get a name. Use that name in your contact.external-address which is inside config.yaml. The text should be something like DDNS:28967.
If you click edit hosts in DUC you should see the hostname you have registered. Use that in config.yaml

The host name that has a checked box next to it is Musicman9566.ddns.net
Is this the name I’m looking for and enter into my config.yaml and the line should read

You are looking for contact.external-address in config.yaml. It should look like this now.
contact.external-address: musicman9566.ddns.net:28967
After you edit and save the file, restart your node.

Tried to start node without success
I’m wondering if I should change the port to 80 since that is the only one that is showing open ?
Also on the error page it suggests that I check the proxy but I’m not using a proxy server, since I just went through the miserable Windows 10 up date this may be an issue but the node stopped running before the update.
Checked firewall and all is well with Storj and Chrome

I couldn’t get the commands at https://documentation.storj.io/resources/faq/check-logs to work in PowerShell or in the cmd so I found the file and sent what I thought was the proper info. Will that work for you as well?
