Some reason im not able to reproduce those config file invalid line by changing everything in the config, maybe you can try to uninstall the GUI and make sure that config file is deleted then install it again.

after clean uninstall with cleaner and new install status now is online and even 660.74KB of data

Glad it worked not sure what the issue may have been though.
i think issue came from the setup process it-self. i started setup, and on half way of that i started doing powershell things, then continued β¦ maybe some data failed in some case.

Try fresh, clean install when identity is created. Remove storj instalacion with some cleaner to clean out registry aswell then install again

i use IObit uninstaller to remove unused files. Before doing something that You thin it is not safe for your software/app - make backup!!!
Hey dude, if tambourine helps to solve the problem - use it and give feed back about the model you used.
But donβt forget - V3 is in beta, so no 100% that it will work fine on all PCβs. Donβt panic and open a personal issue chat for support to see it!

Looks like you edit your config file not with a Notepad++, but regular Notepad.
Please, never use a regular Notepad or WordPad to edit a config files. They are places special symbols to there and even can broke it.
Please, upload here your config file before processing further, Iβll point to it our dev team.
Please, install the Notepad++, open your config.yaml. If you see a special symbols in the beginning of the config - please, remove them and save the config file in the UTF8 encoding without BOM, the Unix ending (LF)
After that restart the service either from the Services applet or from the elevated Powershell:
Restart-Service storagenode

Just a note, a normal user will never need to edit the config.yaml. Everything in there should be left as is until instructed by support. Every change should be done in the docker run command. Donβt know how the GUI version works though. I assume there is an option somewhere to add ports, wallet, email etc.

Partially. On initial install with windows GUI you can enter all values during setup. But you will need to edit the config.yaml if you want to make changes afterwards.

Please, edit your config file with the Notepad++ and specify your external address with port in the contact.external-address: option and your wallet in the operator.wallet: option, save the config and restart the storagenode service.
