Please, check your DDNS updater.
I would like to recommend to use a DDNS updater on your router and uninstall a software updater.
Also, try to use a 8.8.8.8 as your default DNS server instead of current one.
I can not get access to my router through a browser, I have to contact the ISP each time I have an issue. Is this something that I can do from my computer?
Yes, then install the DUC and login to your DDNS account in it to update your DDNS hostname.
You can change a default DNS on your PC:

Since you do not have an access to your router I can only hope that it has the same WAN IP.
I did the refresh but I didn’t think it would show the open port unless the node was at least running. The IP’s do match
Yes, of course. Try to start the storagenode, then check your logs for fatal errors.
I attempted a start but got the same as above. “The site can’t be reached” Would I have to reboot?

I’m sorry to say the operation of Storj on my computer is becoming ridiculous to keep running. One more time it has stopped running and restart is unsuccessful. I ran the above cmd line in what I thought was Admin. mode as indicated by the C:\WINDOWS\system32\com.exe. If there is another, I’m unaware of it and also unaware of how to access it.
Anyway I can no longer get it to start. I even re-installed…any help would be great.
