I just find out that QNAP HBS 3 Hybrid Backup Sync 3.0.200326 and Tardigrade gatway works together.

Excellent. Forgot to set the server address to 0.0.0.0, so it never left the container. All working now!

Thanks to Mr Wilkinson, I was able to arrange it successfully!

Phase 1 (2GB):
Create backup = Ok
Restore data = OK!

Phase 2 (Full Backup):
QNAP!
