QUIC remains as "Misconfigured" even with ports forwarded

I have setup storj and it states that it is online, however, it states that QUIC is misconfigured.

I know the IP is correct as I am remote hosting into the device using the same IP address given to storj.
I have port forwarded tcp/udp 28967 and multiple services report both the TCP and UDP ports to be open (e.g. https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/)

I found that in order to get it working I had to change my storj docker command which meant stopping, deleting and recreating the storj job I had to change the paramaters to allow the open port explicitly for TCP and UDP like so

    -p <internal_port>:<external_port>/tcp \
    -p <internal_port>:<external_port>/udp \

take a look at the docker run command relevant to you in the docs they had changed since I set up my node which is why I was running into this same problem

The other way around

    -p <external_port>:<internal_port>/tcp \
    -p <external_port>:<internal_port>/udp \

The external port (port on your host) is on left side of the port mapping. The right side - are ports to the container.

P.S. however, the current issue is not related to docker. @jordan30001 has a Windows GUI node accordingly to this line:

You need to restart the storagenode after the configuration is done, the QUIC is checked only on start.
However, accordingly warnings in your logs - the UDP is still blocked.
Please make sure that you added a rule for 28967 UDP to your firewall - in Windows it will be a separate rule.
Make sure that you do not have any outbound rules enabled in your firewall.
Make sure that UDP 28967 is forwarded to your PC on your router.
If you use a VPN, make sure it’s able to forward UDP (most of VPN providers with port forwarding option have only TCP port forwarding).

I am currentley a new node operator and am having the same issues exactly any further ideas.
I have inbound traffic and have 5.31GB since last night with a 3.98GB*h so I belive the ports are open(checked on you get signal.com)

Welcome to the forum!

You need to open UDP 28967 on your router, modify your docker run if you use a docker version and add a firewall rule to allow the 28967 UDP port as well.
Then you need to restart the node (re-create a container in case of docker) to apply the changes.

I see that you have a separate rule for storagenode.exe for TCP, then please add a similar rule for UDP too.
After that try to restart the storagenode service either from the Services applet, or from the elevated PowerShell

Restart-Service storagenode

Then refresh the dashboard’s page in your browser (Ctrl-F5).

I have the same issue. On some boots it is fine and on others is says misconfigured. I just gave up trying to solve it.

Please add a rule for UDP similar to existing storagenode.exe TCP rule to your firewall and also two rules for 28967 port - for UDP and for TCP as well.
After that you need to restart the node.
