I have the same issue. On some boots it is fine and on others is says misconfigured. I just gave up trying to solve it.

Hello @PsychoSterope , Welcome to the forum! Please add a rule for UDP similar to existing storagenode.exe TCP rule to your firewall and also two rules for 28967 port - for UDP and for TCP as well. After that you need to restart the node.
