I am now on 15th month on 3 of the satellites.
The 50% held return is only on the end of the month on the NEXT payout (February), that is correct?

You should be paid on month 16. The payout is once a month in the first two weeks of the next month for a previous.
If you see 15 months in the “Held amount history”, you will be paid one month later (in March), because it has meaning “your node on 15th month”.
If you see 15 months in the Payout history in the column “Node Age”, then you will receive a half of held amount in the nearest payout, i.e. in February.

You can see it on the dashboard in the Payout information → Held Amount History, the column First Contact.
Your node registered on each satellite independently.
