Storagenode doesn`t work

Hello, I’ve been trying to get Storj up and running for days but it just doesn’t work. I tried several times to set up Storj again, created a new ID for me, I even tested the whole thing without firewall, but everything didn’t work. I don’t understand why, it worked for 3 days until I had a malfunction at vodafone, the malfunction gin from 3am to 12pm. Since then, it has not worked at all.

Make sure your ports are open. Check to see of your dashboard says “online”

My node still Online, but it doesn’t register any activity, it seems off although the dashboard says “online”

I opened the ports, with this setting it worked, but not now. Now it shows me that the ports are closed.

Make sure that the local IP matches your nodes IP address. That you opened ports for. If you didnt set a static IP it could change with a reboot of a router or Computer. Also if you use a DDNS make sure its updated.

i have a static ip and it all matches

Make sure to add the storagenode to your windows firewall exception

I already did that too

Do you have a ipv6 ip or an ipv4 ip? Cause theres no need to set a port for ipv6 if you dont have one that is public. Not 100% sure but that could be conflicting.

i have ipv6 and ipv4. I set it up for both, even if it wasn’t necessary.

The releases for ipv6 are now deleted, still not working

Try restarting the node

in my case the node has been online for several days and I have not moved anything from the pc, unexpectedly I stop generating traffic and the node appears online, the port is still open and without problems.

Has been restarted still does not work

ok have you checked the config to make sure the right ip address and port are in there?

yeah it`s the same .

Could there be problems with any satellite?

Then others would also have problems

I wish I had more ideas but im all out for now, Ive never had issues with ports being open and node being able to recieve data, But you said it was working and then stopped unless you changed something.

I didn’t change anything, that’s the funny thing. I only had an internet fault, since then the node ofline

I already rebooted the node, I already checked that the port is open (28967), that the disk is fine, router ok, ISP ok. What else could it be so that my node does not present any activity?
On the Dashboard “Online” appears.
