Storj node toolbox error on startup

I tried to setup a second node using the toolbox. It gave an error about missing Newtonsoft.JSON file. I clicked continue anyway (my bad?). On clicking install it created the proper folder and config.yaml but not the service. Nothing created in the data folder (as expected since the service is missing). Tried clicking repair but no change.
Do I need to download a newer version of the tool box? If so where to find it? I did not have any problems in the past creating a second node on several of my other PCs.

You may try to install a new version from the repo

Select the latest release and try to reinstall.

What is the newtonsoft.json file?
