Doesn’t go beyond 80Mbps here either (on a 300Mbps fiber connection, south of France).
That’s a shame considering how powerful a download could be when the file is scattered among hundreds of nodes?

It seems download is limited at avg 50mbit/sec. My connection is 800/300Mbit, so there is room for faster download.
I used the EU link from Hungary, E-EU.

you have 100Mbit interface here, 70 Mbits is absolute maximum for it, so it is preaty good speed.

On your picture, it is writen, that your interface fork on 100Mbit also so it cant be much faster.
Your router or switch dont have Gbit interface

Hi @Vadim, I don’t think you know how Windows shows the network speeds in Task Manager as the graph scales the vertical axis so it’s easier to read. This is from my 500Mbps internet with the ethernet interface running at 1Gbps.

Windows is adapting the scale, so the max value is flexible. I did a speedtest now so you can see that 800/300 Mbit is valid. The scale is at max 1GBit/s:

I wanted to try as well, but then realized my PC is currently moving a Chia plot to my NAS and using quite a bit of network speed to do it. It’s in the other direction, but that no doubt has an impact anyway. Just out of curiosity though (and I guess legal reasons), what is it exactly that we are downloading?
