Most of the time, posts are triggered by negative results. So, this is a positive result post.

I am pleased to report that my storage node running on GNU/Linux and Docker updated to 0.34.6 without error and without fiddling with Watchtower.

Can confirm that. Update worked without a problem.
Watchtower did his job (with only a log entry once it found the new image, so be patient during the next update).

My upgrade on Ubuntu 18.4 went fine.
The node dashboard however using Brave Browser is a mess, clearing cache fixed the issue. On Safari it looks fine though.

One windows node of mine updated, but the update service stopped after the update.
Other than that all good, Synology docker updated and my RPIs as well.

May 2020 - New Version

All updates between 0.35.3 and the current, as of this post, Version 1.4.2 worked without any problems.

Since I activated watchtower, I have had zero problems with the automated update process.

The Docker desktop for Windows rolled back to the stable version 2.1.0.5 and working without any issues.

Windows GUI node - working without problem, successfully automatically migrated to 1.4.2.
Windows Docker node - working without problem, successfully automatically migrated to 1.4.2.
Raspberry Pi3 - working without problem, successfully automatically migrated to 1.4.2.

Auto update to 1.6.4 via watchtower went just fine.

No hiccups in the logs. Downloads going quite well. Total RAM usage about 100 MB.

Synology ds 218+ 4x watchtower for 4x nodes - No problems

Watchtower work Ok every update
