Docker node offline after power failure

Hi there, There was a power failure last night and it only came back this morning. I have 2 nodes both on a separate internet address, one went back online no problem. However the other one can not go online. I check the port 28967 on the router and nothing has change still forwarded to the server ubuntu/docker. The ufw is disabled and so with the selinux.
